“Lamination film” usually refers to clear plastic film that is used to cover paper documents like ID badges and menus. But it can also refer to adhesive films like HMT’s Advantage hot melt adhesive film.

Advantage lamination films are adhesive in a thin sheet that has the flexibility of a bed sheet. It is fed into laminating equipment between a laminate and a substrate. The laminating machine heats the adhesive lamination film for a brief moment, securely bonding the laminate to the substrate and producing a laminated item that is ready for immediate fabrication. There is no need to waste valuable space or time for drying/curing.
