HMT’s Advantage hot melt film adhesive excels at bonding cork to substrates. Because our hot melt film adhesive contains no water, the adhesive will not be absorbed by cork material. That means no warping, no wrinkles, no bleed through caused by white glues.

To reduce cork expenses, consider laminating ultra-thin cork to celotex, homasote, etc. The laminated output will be rigid and lightweight while retaining the aesthetics of cork.

Our Advantage Laminating System’s roll feed option can handle extremely heavy, large rolls of cork. Of course, you also have the option of feeding sheets and panels as well.

Cork and hot melt adhesive are found in bulletin boards, flooring, coasters, architectural decorative panels, etc.

Let us provide a sample of your cork material, bonded to your substrate, using our equipment and adhesive. Request a sample here.
